What are the precautions for electrical construction in integrated houses?

Various switches, sockets, and light position boxes should be positioned according to conventional requirements, and the distance from the door edge should be measured with a tape measure. All switch boxes, socket boxes, and control junction boxes should be installed openly according to their wall positions.

　　1. Cable laying and protection measures

　　The outdoor part of the cable is directly buried underground and protected with welded steel pipes when passing through. The protective pipelines laid in dusty and humid places should be sealed at the pipe openings and connections. Cables should be laid along the nearest route and bending should be minimized as much as possible. When the protective pipeline exceeds a certain length, a junction box should be added, and its position should be convenient for threading. The opening of the box should be neat and match the diameter of the pipe, and it is required that one pipe and one hole should not have long holes.

　　2. Insulation resistance shake test

　　When all electrical appliances are installed, insulation resistance shake test should be carried out. During the shake test, all switches, knife switches, instruments, equipment, and power switches on the line should be disconnected first. After the shake test is confirmed to be correct, power on trial operation can be carried out.

　　3. Installation of lighting fixtures

　　Installation of fluorescent lamps: In the same room, a single lamp should be centered, and multiple lamps should be installed in a straight line with a deviation of no more than 50 millimeters; A fluorescent lamp with a hanging chain, the hanging chain and the lamp tube are perpendicular to each other, and the hanging links are parallel to each other. Installation of other lighting fixtures: Based on the external dimensions and installation position of the lighting fixtures, securely fix them and wrap the wire ends tightly against the ceiling without exposing them.

　　4. Installation of distribution boxes and cabinets

　　The installation position of the distribution box and control box should be arranged according to the requirements of use. Before installation, ensure that the components of the box and cabinet are complete, the openings in the box body are appropriate, and the cuts are neat. The concealed distribution box cover should be tightly attached to the wall. The hanging box should be vertical and the elevation should be accurate. The neutral wire is connected through a busbar without any twisting phenomenon. After painting, the inside and outside of the box are clean, the box cover and switch are flexible, the circuit number is clear, the wiring is neat, and the PE wire is installed clearly and firmly. The installation of the distribution cabinet should first straighten the position and fix it according to the marked position.

　　5. Installation of lightning protection grounding system

　　Adopting TN-S comprehensive grounding form and setting up dedicated PE grounding wire. Construction material requirements: All metal components of the lightning protection grounding system must be galvanized, and the zinc layer must be uniform, without rust or zinc layer peeling. The materials used in the project must have a certificate of conformity and be inspected and approved by on-site supervisors and technical personnel before use.
